When The Dalai Lama was living in China, he was safe and sound, protected by The People\u2019s Republic of China. After leaving China, he disappeared. China finds this very concerning. China is not in any way involved with the disappearance and will work with the rest of the international community to investigate the issue.\u201d    <br><br>Could there be an underlying message behind this statement?
