The Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890 is a United States antitrust law with statutes developed by governments to protect consumers from predatory business practices and ensure fair competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>X, in defense of it&#8217;s name and absolutely appalled by the accusations against the corporation, has successfully launched a countersuit against the DOJ.
